Course Descriptions
The academic programs offered by A-Hole University are designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of adverse professional behavior in the workplace and equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their careers. The courses are founded upon actual research and are distilled to impart practical working knowledge for folks within an a-hole radius.
What You Will Learn
The Basics courses introduce students to the foundational concepts of A-holery, focusing on essential definitions and frameworks. Students will explore the theoretical underpinnings of a-holery, including common characteristics, behaviors, and the psychological factors that contribute to such conduct. By examining case studies and relevant research, students will gain insight into the societal impact of a-hole behavior and learn to articulate its significance.
In The Actions courses, students will delve into specific behaviors that epitomize a-hole actions. Through the analysis of scenarios and real-life examples, the curriculum covers various a-hole tactics, ranging from subtle undermining to overt hostility. Learners will assess the motivations behind these actions and discuss their effects on individuals and communities. This level emphasizes developing critical observational skills to identify and analyze a-hole behaviors in various contexts.
The Identifiers courses focus on the situational and contextual factors that reveal the presence of a-holes in everyday life. Students will examine different environments, such as workplaces, social settings, and digital platforms, to understand how context influences a-hole behavior. Learners will develop strategies to recognize and navigate encounters with them by identifying patterns and everyday situations where a-holes thrive.
The Adaptations courses equip students with practical tools and strategies for coping with a-holes. This level emphasizes emotional intelligence and resilience, teaching methods for diffusing confrontations and managing stress associated with a-hole interactions. Students will explore conflict resolution techniques, assertiveness training, and self-care practices, fostering an understanding of maintaining personal well-being while dealing with challenging individuals.
